Recently, China Energy News released the list of “World’s Top 500 New Energy Enterprises in 2021”. The 500 enterprises from 39 countries and regions including China, the United States and Japan generate a total revenue of 4.41 trillion yuan. Accounting for the highest proportion among the 39 countries and regions, China has a total of 214 enterprises on the list, among which Shandong Hi-tech Spring Material Technology Co., Ltd. (Hi-tech Spring for short) ranks 489. According to industry statistics, the business revenue of Chinese companies on the list reaches 1,811.5 billion yuan in 2021, with an increase of 213.2 billion yuan over the 1,598.3 billion yuan in 2020, registering a year-on-year increase of 13.34%, and the growth rate has exceeded 10% for two consecutive years. In the lithium battery sector, more than 30 enterprises are on the list, including lithium battery manufacturers, lithium battery equipment enterprises and lithium battery materials enterprises.
